1) A guy is driving in a car. One of his car parts falls off in the middle of the street. Someone else is drving and hits the part and gets into a costly car crash.
- The guy whose car part fell off must pay for the damages because he did not check take care of his car.
- If the guy who hit the paret was drunk or just a bad driver, then he must pay for the damages and the other guy is exempt

It is definitly the persons fault that dropped the car peice unless somebody hit him before that and made the car peice fall off. Then it is the guy that hit hims fault!
What if the guy did not realize that his car part fell off?
Or what if he had just bought the car from the dealer and the dealer assured him that the car was in good condition? Shouldn't the dealer pay? It isn't the owners fault.
Another case: What if the other driver wanted to get a new car so he purposely hit the part in order to get in the crash?
The designer of the car must pay, because he did not build the car well.

The person driving might have not known it fell off of his car and just merrily merrily merilly merrilly drove on down the road
even if you are the best driver, you cant really expect the part of the car in front of you to come off. so that would not be a very good circumstance of being lenient. but (and this happened to my mom) if you had just come from the body shop and the part came off, then the shop must pay for making a mistake.

You cant be the person who decided whether somone is a bad driver or not. You cant base a decision on that. Also, the person who put the car together is to blame for their mistakes.

It is the man who was driving the pick cars fault. He should have taken care of his car before driving.
