But it happen that a normal (non-prostitute)girl was in the middle of the road crossing the street and the same man came and raped her. then the man should be put in jail.
but if we were talking about a prostitute- if she had to sell herself to the public because she had to have a job and lets say she doesn't have any mental thoughts ( she was stupid) then i would still be the man's fault
But if the prostitute ran away and it was the only way to make a living then if the man raped her i think it would be her fault because she ran away on her will

the lady shouldnt be asking for sex in the middle of the road so.. i is her fault
