What if a car's fuel tank breaks a leak all of a sudden and bursts into flame. The car was parked next to a local bar full of people (and alcohol which is flamable) which later caught fire and caused a good amount of damage. The car was tuned up a week before. Who is responsible? The driver or the Mechanic?
The driver should have noticed there was a leak...
But the mechanic should have checked that in the tune-up last week...

Why does it matter if the bar didn't explode who cares....(YOU NEVER SAID ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE CAR BURNED) although worker did something wrong....
The driver is responsible, its his car
I think the mechanic is responsible because he was suppose to check for these things and if he was careless then he must have missed it. This is a sign of neglect which would cause the deaths the damage to be his fault and the driver should sue him for not checking his car throughly because the mechanic would go to jail for causing a problem like that.
Even though it is his car the mechanic should have check for the leak. But the why was the driver at a bar Yvonne
The mechanic is the one at fault because he shouldve checked the car more thouroughly
the machanic duh!!
How could the driver now there is a leak-he's driving not looking at the road behind him.
