There is an intersection, and one way there's a green light and the other a red one.
A car in the green light lane is going through...
But so is somebody in the red light lane.
They crash.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE?!?!?!

it is obvious that the guy in that went through the red light it responsible because it is that is the law not to go through the light when it is red
The guy in the red lane is responsible because he should have seen that it was a red light.
what if the person in the rel light lane was rushinghis pregnant wife to the hospital. then her life would have been in danger. is it still the red lan perosn's fault?
The guy who went throught the red light duhhhhhh.....
Why do u need to ask the question if someone ran the red its his fault....
We're asking the question because...
WHAT IF THE GUY WAS DRIVING HIS PREGNANT WIFE/SOMEONE WHO'S LIFE WAS IN DANGER TO THE HOSPITAL?!?!
WHAT IF IT WAS A HIGH-SPEED CHASE INVOLVING THE POLICE AND A PRISONER?!?!?!
WHAT IF IT WAS ROSIE O'DONNEL ON HER WAY TO MCDONALDS AND COULD NOT BE STOPPED?!?!
Think about it.
The guy who drove a red light is responsible
If it was a police chase then no one would get fined, because the police would be the main thing for each of it. But the red lighter would be the one paying mulitple fines because they both ran a red light AND were doing something wrong with the police.
If it's a pregnant lady? Well, that's no excuse, they still have to wait their turn! If the lady was really pregnant they should have called an ambulance who CAN run through red lights.
the dude who ran the red light
Leah, read the third Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants book.
But even if you don't, suppose a pregnant lady starts having contractions in the car and there's no TIME to call an ambulance. What then?
deliver in the car
