Kill yourself so then he has no more slaves. Or just threat it so maybe he'll let you go
Run away and then sue him.
His master should let him go free and if he doesn't then he should go to the authorities and let them deal with arresting him and then sue him.
The slave doesn't have a choice so he should just suck it up
