Lighter fluid + hanukia = FIIRE!!!!
A person has his hanukia on his window sill. A truck with a load of lighter fluid covered by a layer of hay drives by and catches fire. As the driver is going he doesn't realize he is on fire. when he realizes he is on fire he crashes into a school full of children and explodes. There are no survivors.... Who is responsible???

well, since there are no survivors, nobody can be prosecuted. but.. if someone HAD survived, the idiot driving the truck would be guilty. First, who carries a truck of lighter fluid NEAR THE WINDOW WITH A CANDLE and DRIVES INTO A SCHOOL?! cough.. jump out the truck and call 911...

What kind of truck with lighter fluid would be covered with hay? Sounds kind of impractical and dangerous. I think it's the driver's fault.
definitely the driviers fault. theres more of a chance of having a hanukia in a window then a truck with lighter fluid and hay so the truckdriver shoudl have known he would have to be careful.
