nadine and maxs windowcutter

A windowmaker was cutting glass windows when a piece of glass flies and hits someone. rabbi chi says he is responsible for the damage.
but, someone distracted the windowcutter and made him fling the glass at the person. Rabbi Housegreen says the distractor has to pay for the damages. Rabbi Lopalopalopalopalopa says the distractor had tourrettes. Rabbi Elronchickenbofonvinderlander says he should have taken his medicine!!!
comment away fellow classmates!!!

nadine and max love you!

Maybe the medicine doesnt work. I know people that take medicine for tourettes, but it doesnt work. You cannot make it his fault because he could not help it!

medicine doesnt always work....it can't possibly be his fault though...

We think that it is the person who distracteds fault. He needs to get better medicine and the fact that his medicine didn't work is not the woodcutters fault.
If he knew he had tourettes without his medicine working, he shouldn't be near a glassmaker anywayz.

lets say he had medicine that worked but he did not take it. it would then be his fault

Maybe the dis tractor forgot to take his medicine that morning.

Even though the person has tourettes, that doesn't mean that they should have special leniences. Well it does, but maybe the person forgot to take their medication, or it just doesn't work! The person (with tourettes) probably should have realized before that the medication wasn't working!

the window cutting guy should've stopped his job if he was distracted
but anyway the other guy is still rtesonsible b/c if he did have terrets he should b not allowed in important places if hes going 2 make alot of truoble

Ya lauren has a point. Having tourettes might not be a good excuse!

Somebody with tourettes should not be allowed near a glass cutter.

Rabbitson Hallie says that is not fair because you should not discriminate against people with tourettes!

It would be the man with tourettes fault. Tourettes victims often have a medical ID card telling people after a tic they have it. If someone with Tourettes didn't have that card and people laughed, he/she might feel socially insecure. After his tic, he is walking by the ladder, and is so mad he does something bad. This can be associated with Tourettes even though it was him being mad. The medicine could not stop his normal behavior.

the dude with the tourettes is responsible. who cares if he cant help it? he was there, distracted him, and then the windowcutter injured someone because of it. the dude with tourettes CAN help it.. he should just go away and leave him alone. if the dude with tourettes was smart, he would go away and everything would be fine.

The person who distracted him must pay

If he has tourettes and has medecine for it and he didnt take it its his fault put if he had tourettes and he didnt know it its not his fault and if he was being careless with the machine then it was his fault but if it was the machines fault then the manufacturer of the machine has to pay
