A guy is walking in the street and he spills some oil that he was carrying and it is now all in the street. A car is then driving by and he skids on the oil. The car had not had good brakes and the driver knows this but didn't do anything about it. The car skids into a house and wrecks it. Whose fault is it.

The man who had bad breaks because he could have fixed it not the guy who spilled the oil.
the idiot who spilled the oil should have tried to remove it. the idiot with the car shouldve stopped when he saw the black liquid on the street. in other words... the jerk who didnt remove the spilled oil is the guilty one.
The man driving because he knew about his breaks and he could of fized them. Who walks with oil in their hands or just with them anyways?
why is he even carrying oil and he should put some kind of lid on the oil can
It depends on how much oil was on the ground.
