A man is having construction on half of his house. If a brick falls and crushes the other half of the house the builders have to pay. If it falls on the neighbors house then the owner of the house has to pay because he was the one who was having construction.

I think it is hard to crush half your house with a brick for starters... and I also think that it is the homeowners fault for having lousy builders.
