Stayin alive

A homeless person is about to freeze. He makes a small fire to keep himself warm. A car comes by and gasoline is leaking. A fire breaks out and starts a giant forest fire. Whos fault is it?
I think its the cars.

it is the cars fault because he should make sure that his car is not having problems

I think it is the car's fault because the driver should have had its car check regularly so he should have known his gas was leaking and if he had know then he set on fire purposely which is illegal!

It's the homeless guy's fault. Who makes a fire in the middle of the road?!?!

I think the fire was the drivers fault. if he had fixed his car there would be no problem.

why blame the homeless guy? he made a fire in an attempt to save his life! in this case, some idiot drives his car with a gas leak. WHO DRIVES A CAR WITH A GAS LEAK? what an idiot... it's the driver's fault for going near the fire.
