The funny pick-up truck

1st situation:
There was a pick-up truck carryiong wood planks. The planks fell out and ended up all over the road. due to the planks falling out, a car was hit and the person inside died.
Is the pick-up truck's owner guilty or not?

2nd situation:
A car on it's way to orlando crashes into the truck carrying wood planks. The planks fall on the car and the driver dies. After that another car hits the wreckage of the pick-up truck and the first car. The man inside blows up, and dies.
Whos fault is it?

In the 1st situation the pick up truck guy is guilty b/c he should've taken care of his load btr

in the 2nd situation the car is in trouble b/c teh truck driver did its job but the klutzy car driver should b mor responsible and not crash .. its the car drivers fault (the one who hit the truck)

It is the owner of the trucks fault because he did not secure the planks well enough.

1st: It is the driver's fault because he was driving the truck that the wood was in.

1st: Pick up truck driver unless he was driving at a normal speed and the planks were secured but he hit a bump or pothole? Then the state should pay because the road wasnt a safe road

2nd: Would the person that the plank hit have died anyway?

we dont know if the driver could have done something to prevent it. Rabbi lala says that if there wasnt anything the driver could do then it wasnt his fault.

Rabbi Marshmallow says that for the first incident the pick up truck's owner is guilty. Except she doesn't get how the pick up truck owner could be guilty and still die.....

Rabbi Marshmallow says that for the second incident the nice young gentlemen who started the incident (the truck driver) is guilty...

COURT ADJOUNED!
