If a tree cutting service truck is passing by a steel making factory, and the logs on the back fall out into the steel factory and a spark from making the steel catches onto the logs and starts a fire, then the truck driver is obligated to pay for the damages. If the truck is driving and they are hammering outside and a spark flies onto the truck and ignites the logs, the person hammering has to pay.

I think the person with the wood has to pay for the damages because everything that happened was his fault
What if the driver was driving fine but the person who put the logs on the truck didn't secure them properly? Should the securer pay?
In the first case the wood company should have to pay because they should have had the logs tied up better and the steel factory workers could not have thought that the logs would come back at them.

the man with the wood must pay for the damages because most of it happened b/c of him.
Rabbis should be more lenient if the man carrying the wood had nothing he could do to fix.
Rabbi Thig says that it is the man with woods fault. If he had covered the logs properly then it wouldn't happen.
The person who owns the wood must pay
